Johnny Showcase is an electrifying experience. A sweaty, charismatic showman from Rhode Island who is equal parts Andy Kaufman and Prince, Johnny has gained a massive following and propelled Johnny to something of a funky Philly folk hero legend. From sharing the stage with drag legend Martha Graham Cracker to opening for funk master George Clinton, Johnny has opened the world’s heart with his songs. With his spiritual adviser Rumi Kitchen and crack smack band The Mystic Ticket, Johnny released his debut album Love is the Message in 2011, and will release his second LP The Octopus!! in the spring.
