For most of us, daily life is in stark contrast with the constant conflict of the news. But what happens when real life collides with real headlines?

Join us for an evening of dramatic revelation as performers weave personal stories about eye-opening, life changing experiences into theatrical dialogue. Through jolting truths, medical diagnoses, and surprising injustices, storytellers connect the dots between their own lives and today’s complex world.

Featuring Kitty Hailey, Megan Hicks, and Carlos Roa.

Directed by Danielle Marino.

All sales are final. There are no ticket refunds or exchanges. All tickets are e-tickets and will be emailed to you. For non-members, there is an added processing fee per ticket for all credit car transactions. Late seating is not guaranteed.

What is Commonspace?
Commonspace shares remarkable true stories that speak to the pressing issues of our time. Whatever tomorrow’s news cycle may bring, we’ll be here with real life stories to put it all into context. This Commonspace is your springboard for processing today's headlines, and feeling a bit more connected to the world.

Commonspace was born when two trusted, Philadelphia-based organizations with expertise in sharing thought-provoking stories came together to create a place as fun, poignant, and maddening as the world that surrounds us. Through trusted journalism, artistic responses, and innovative partnership, WHYY and First Person Arts are building Commonspace to broaden our understanding of ourselves, each other, and the world
